Located 8 miles west of Cloudcroft, New Mexico on Highway 130, is a beautiful small community nestled within the Sacramento Mountains.  Surrounded by the Lincoln National Forest, Ponderosa Pines Subdivision provides many of it's residents a peaceful escape form the hustle and bustle of modern living.

Our board meetings are held quarterly and are usually scheduled following the annual homeowners meeting held every July.
